Terms of Use

The SeBIN Issue Submission Form template is provided to stakeholders to facilitate submission of issues and questions to the SeBIN organization.  Stakeholders should submit the SeBIN Issue Submission Form to sebinrsa@gmail.com.  The SeBIN chairpersons will track the issue and route it to the appropriate committee  The SeBIN chairpersons will communicate the status and resolution to the submitter at specific decision points in the review process.  Issues may be submitted by an individual or organization without regard to WEDI or SeBIN membership.
